Hello!

It has been a while since I have sat down and updated anything on my blog. Sometimes, I’ll get random notifications letting me know that someone has liked a post or followed the blog, and I’m so confused because I haven’t shared anything new.

Well, that will be changing very soon.

I have officially finished my first year of teaching, and I am on summer break!

While I tried to keep up with posting over the school year, I just couldn’t manage it with everything else I had to do. That’s why I will be trying to write a lot of evergreen posts this summer (one’s I can upload at anytime over the year).

In order to make sure I don’t get too burned out, I am going to try and post once a week, no matter if I write enough to post twice or three times a week.

There has been a lot that has happened to me over the school year, and there has been a lot I have learned that I want to share with you. So, I hope you stick with me this summer as I try and figure out what direction works best for this blog. Don’t worry, I’ll be reading a whole bunch of books that I’ll be excited to share my thoughts on.
